This is the single most difficult part of getting an RWPP hog registered. They are required to have at least 12 functional teats, and while the teat pics aren't required, they are greatly prefered.  I know how hard that can be, especially once the hog gets very big.

My fav is to evaluate them at two weeks when we castrate. I dot their little teats with a sharpie, and they are small enough to hold still to to get the pics.

Once they get bigger you have a couple options. Best is if they will flop over for a belly rub, second is to hold the camera under them on the ground if they'll stand still and not try to eat the camera.
